Revival Era Of Disney Movies (2009-2024) RANKED!

I finally did it. I watched all 15 of the Revival Era Disney movies. This was absolutely loaded with new changes for the studio, like the rise of 3D animation, but what I noticed was that there was quite a limited amount of anthropomorphic characters. Almost all the protagonists and cast of characters seem to be all people. That was interesting. But like I said with the other previous eras, I'm gonna rank them from worst to best.

Let's officially get started.

15

Strange World (2022)

This one was... something I never expected Disney to make, but it somewhat exists. This to me felt like a bore to watch, from the first 3 minutes, I was already saying this isn't going to be that thrilling, I don't relate to the characters in the slightest, and the story really sucks in my opinion, I didn't like the world they were exploring, it looked mushy and gross, and just felt so flat to me, now with all those flaws aside, this isn't terrible at all, there is still somewhat good moments in it, for one thing I kinda do like Ethan's character, and in some aspect the world doesn't look too bad, and at least it does have somewhat of coherence to it, but in my full opinion, this was one of Disney's worst movies, and was to me a mixed-bag.

5/10

14

Moana (2016)

This was a movie that was widely popular amongst Disney fans, and while I do see the appeal, to me this was in better ways "watchable".  I just wasn't a big fan of it. I didn't like Moana and Maui's interactions, and some of the characters were irritating and distracting, like the crab, I couldn't stand him, he probably had the worst song I ever witnessed in a Disney film. Now on with the positives, I did like the final battle with Moana fighting against Te Ka, and Tala is such an incredible character. While I didn't like everything that was happening in this film, it's still a must watch if you want to see it yourself.

7/10

13

Raya The Last Dragon (2021)

This film has alot of really interesting characters, and this is another one of those Disney movies that go for a complex and more serious turn, but maybe this movie is a little "too complex." I'm not saying that the entirety of the animation studio shouldn't make more mature and deeper films, I mean we got Pocahontas which was perfect alongside The Black Cauldron and Atlantis, and both of those worked decently, but man, you can really see how much of an impact this film had. I think what really makes this movie worth the watch is the final scene involving Raya meeting her family and all the dragons meet with Sisu, it was such a heartwarming ending in an otherwise solid film.

8/10

12

Big Hero 6 (2014)

This is another forgotten animated film, but I definitely liked it. When it really starts to get jam-packed it doesn't turn off, I really like the interactions between Hiro and Baymax and some of the backgrounds like the sunsets when their both flying are gorgeous. While I didn't like the beginning of the movie, I still found it to be funny and quite amusing by the rest.

8/10

11

Frozen (2013)

Ah yes, this film, you either love it or hate it, to me I have some appreciation with it, for one thing I love Elsa's character, her scenes are by far the best of the movie, her personality is absolutely magnificent and geniuely reliable, I also have to talk about the songs, all of them are fun to listen to including the Fixer Upper song, but by far the best and most underrated song is Let It Go. Elsa's voice actress Idina Menzel, can really sing, she's probably one of my favorite Disney actresses ever if I'm totally being honest. I liked the story, I liked the environment it was going for, and is really solid and another charming movie by Disney.

8/10

10

Wish (2023)

This movie was made for Disney's 100th anniversary, I mean I can tell because this whole movie is kinda of a tribute to the song When You Wish Upon A Star. I actually really liked this movie. The villain Magnifico is a really likeable and intimidating antagonist, and I did like the story, Asha has a great singing voice and I loved the credits where they showcase almost every movie Disney has made over the course of an 85 year time period. There's only one major problem, the character designs themselves. I'm not exaggerated when I say these designs are unpleasant in the eyes, I almost had a severe eye ache while watching this film, and I didn't even know why, this movie in fact does have a different art-style, it blends 3D animation with a watercolor style, and while some of it looks beautiful, other times like the characters it just looks so strange and unappealing to me, if the characters didn't look so highly clean and digital looking, this movie could've had the potential to be more watchable but it bothered me.

8/10

9

Moana 2 (2024)

For a title like that, this feels like a cash-grab doesn't it? I mean just "2" not anything else? Anyways all kidding aside, it's crazy to think that I actually like this more than the original, I mean it's still kinda there, not all the characters are great but at least I didn't want to groan while Maui was on screen, he's actually more likeable than last time, and there's more to the story than just padding to Moana and Maui for most of the runtime. I found this absolutely entertaining and truly breathtaking.

8/10

8

Wreck-It Ralph (2012)

When I watch a 3D animated movie, I could somewhat sense what it'll look like if it was in a 2D traditional setting, but this movie and the sequel, would've only been possible for the 3D animation, this movie is really unique, I didn't expect licensed characters like Sonic, Bowser and Q-Bert to be in this movie, and I do really like Ralph's character and the story is really fun, I think this would've been a classic if it wasn't for the annoying scenes with Ralph and Vanellope interacting with each other but other than that this is was decently solid.

8.5/10

7

Tangled (2010)

Yeah, sure this is another princess movie, but it's still charming quality nonetheless. I really love the animation at times in this film, like with Maximus who is the funniest of the entire movie and both Rapunzel and Flynn Rider are an interesting couple. While some aspects I don't want to really witness through again, I still liked alot of the parts and the visuals are stunning and really remarkable. This comes to show you that 3D animation can be useful if you want to make something more massive and cinematic, though I do miss 2D animation.

8.5/10

6

Frozen 2 (2019)

Okay, HOW DO I LIKE THE SEQUELS MORE THAN THE FIRST ONES? Well not all of them, but something about Disney sequels really hit differently, maybe it's because the story and characters are more likeable and take on a story that's more thrilling and more interesting. What I like about this more than the 2013 version, is that the scenery feels more natural and the first 30 minutes don't feel too dragged out, but what makes this film stand out the most is the final half an hour of the movie. It's extremely emotional yet captivating at the same time, Anna's deep song really gave me chills, and the entire build-up from the dam breaking and Elsa returning to hug Anna is by far the most cinematic pieces of entertainment I seen in modern Disney history.

8.5/10

5

Encanto (2021)

This is a movie I would've find passable enough but the entire premise this one gives is absolutely great, the animation, the visuals, the songs are all timeless and really catchy, especially We Don't Talk About Bruno, probably the most ear-wormed songs I ever heard, I love the bit with Dolores and Mirabel dancing in particular. The ending was also really self-aware and heartfelt too. This is the first time I ever actually cried tears while watching a Disney movie, like actual human tears, it was such an emotional yet magical and fascinating finale, when they show Mirabel the door-knob, it really hit me. This was almost an 8.5 but for that moment alone it gave an additional point.

9/10

4

Princess And The Frog (2009)

The final 2D animated princess movie for now at least, who knows how long they'll make another princess movie with that attractive tradtional look, but anyways, I love this film, Tiana is alright I suppose, but I definitely loved all the songs though, my favorite being When We're Human. I also geniuely like how this is taken place in the 1920s. I have nothing else to say than it's really fun, and extremely watchable.

9.5/10

3

Ralph Breaks The Internet (2018)

This film is massive, adventurous and hilarious, Ralph and Vanellope's interactions are way more likeable than the first one, and I absolutely love the world of the internet, I'm that generation where all of us grew up with phones, apps, and social popularity, so I can definitely relate to all the jokes and the comedy of this film more than other people do, I also loved the cameos, especially the portrayal of all the Disney princesses and the premise is absolutely outstanding. While not everything about this film is flawless, it's still really fun and absolutely phenomenal.

9.5/10

2

Zootopia (2016)

This is the first Disney movie I ever saw, remaining all the way back when this was first played in theatres, I really loved this growing up and remember having a Judy and Nick plush just for my love for the film, I love it even more second viewing, the world of Zootopia is just so exicting and fantastic that if I ever was a fictional character wanting to be in a place, I would go there because of how distinct and full of personality it really is. I love the story, I love almost all the characters, and is just too funny.

This expression Nick gives off here is hilarious, I laugh every single time he does this face.

Like I was saying, this is one of those films I have nostalgia and sweet memories for so I guess this rating tells.

9.5/10

And now... the best disney revival era movie is...

1 🏆

Winnie The Pooh (2011)

What can I say but to be so happy to see these guys get another movie, I know they created alot more movies beforehand but this is just what I absolutely love with these characters, the humor is simple yet easily funny and relatable and the aesthetic and appeal are all sweet, just comes to show you I can easily understand why Winnie The Pooh as a whole is timeless and loved by fans. While this movie is otherwise short, only clocking at 53 minutes, it perfectly works, this to me felt longer than it was and that's why I was having so much fun with it. This is a masterpiece and was a magnificent high note for being the final 2D animated Disney movie, at least for now.

10/10

Now I decided that after I watched all 63 of these movies, I wanted to watch Once Upon A Studio.

Once Upon A Studio is just a perfect tribute from start to finish. Not only does this combine one of my favorite film elements, that being live action and animation into one film, but it also is very hilarious, really gorgeous and highly respected to Walt Disney himself. Every moment in this film is unbeatable, the characters are all high-spirited and welcomed even the villains, and all the characters coming together and singing When You Wish Upon A Star made me cry happy tears. This is what animation is for, reminding about timeless creators and filmmakers and using all your creativity with it. This is easily a 10/10. You should definitely watch it if you haven't.

And I'm officially finished. I can't believe I actually did it. This took me longer than I expected and it was worth the journey.

I absolutely had alot of fun watching all of these movies even the ones I disliked it was still interesting and exciting to see what can happen to the creative minds at Disney, because they are timeless for alot of reasons, they bring us life lessons, the movies are pleasent to look at, they have real and inventive characters and they're sweet and memorable works of art.

I pay all my artistic skills to Disney and staff because they are efficiently talented, truly honest, reliable people.

For now, I just want to say, thank you all for checking out this full series, if you haven't seen the previous era rankings, here are the links.

Experimental (Post-Renaissance) Era Of Disney Movies (1999-2008) RANKED!

It didn't took as long as I hoped to watch all 11 of these Disney movies. This is the experimental era, filled with a few 3D films spliced in. This was such a very interesting era to discover. You'll be surprised about my personal opinions on one of these movies, because some of them left me speechless.

I'll rank all of these from worst to best.

Let's get started.

11

Meet The Robinsons (2007)

I was expecting to like this film, heck I have never heard of it until now, so this one was going to be exciting, what are my thoughts on it exactly?

It's, fine I guess? I do like alot of the futuristic layouts we get in this movie, but I dunno, I wasn't really interested in the plot. The story kinda sucks. This has to be the most confusing and most jumbled concept I ever seen from Disney's movie catalog. At least Lady And The Tramp and Sword In The Stone made somewhat sense at times, this one just left my brain cunfuzzled. Me realizing that the bowler hat guy was Lewis's roommate, and Lewis meeting his older self and travelling to back when he was a baby was just awfully baffling to me.
There's a right way to do time-travelling movies but I'm sorry this is not how you do it.

There is some moments I find genuinely funny though, the Robinson family was actually really entertaining and amusing, I especially love the frogs, they were amazing, and it does have a laid-back and calm atmosphere, I just wasn't astounded by the rest. Not the worst Disney movie, but could've been a little more sensible.

6.5/10

10

Brother Bear (2003)

This is probably one of Disney's more forgettable 2D animated films. I mean the premise is so weird I don't know how to describe it. But honestly I liked this film. It has some gorgeous backgrounds at times and some of the characters are really unusual and solid. I love the two moose characters and the story is actually decently handled. I don't think all of it is entertaining. The first 30 minutes kinda drag this thing to the mud, but when it begins it really is just silly, fun and amusing and you can relate to the characters.

8/10

9

Fantasia 2000 (1999)

This is a sequel to Fantasia from 1940. While this one has some marvelous sequences, it doesn't come as close or coherent as the original. However, the hosts are much more appreciated and hilarious and the music is still really interesting and captivating to listen to. My favorite scene is The Carnival Of The Animals. I just love that flamingo with the yo-yo, it feels witty and free-spirited. Other mentions are Rhapsody In Blue, I love the art style in that one. The rest are either okay, or just not my style. It's shorter than the original only clocking at an hour and 20 minutes, but this is still really fun and worth a watch.

8.5/10

8

Atlantis: The Lost Empire (2001)

Probably the first Disney movie that did not need to go this hard with the animation. Seriously guys you really love your audience, don't you? All kidding aside, this is good. I really like alot of the interesting character designs including Milo who has alot of personality and facial expressions. This is the character that I need to know more of. I also love alot of the action scenes including the final villain battle. So many explosions yet fascinating at the same time. While I thought the story was ok, it was definitely more mature than the other Disney movies and I somewhat like it.

8.5/10

7

Bolt (2008)

A very cute story of a dog trying to get back home after being kidnapped. The start of this movie was absolutely gorgeous and packed with so much action, seriously a dog with laser eyes is freaking cool to me, and Bolt is a very cute and likeable protagonist. The cat is alright, she's starts off being very annoying but comes off as honest and sassy later on, and Rhino is also very cute and likeable too. I have nothing else to really say than it's just perfectly alright and memorable. Good stuff.

8.5/10

6

Lilo And Stitch (2002)

Besides Lilo and her friends being very unlikeable at the start, the rest of it is genuinely enjoyable. Stitch is such a hilarious companion and has alot of human like feelings for Lilo and the other characters. The message is also one of Disney's finest and the Hawaii setting is really calm and relaxing. It kinda would've been dull if it was taken place in a normal environment. Overall, I liked this one.

9/10

5

Dinosaur (2000)

I was not expecting this film to look this compelling and revolutionary. This is I believe, the first fully 3D animated film from Disney's animated movie catalog, this is what I like in a movie, some likeable characters, not a ton of dialogue, and an overall complex but also simple story. There is obviously some moments that I find kinda stupid but their also kinda brief and straightforward. This is definitely a love or hate it animated movie, I definitely liked it myself. Also this shot is amazing.

It's just fascinating to me that Disney's first 2D movie Snow White, looked gorgeous and magnificent and this film being the first fully 3D, looks like it was actually taken in prehistoric times. The CGI on the dinosaurs are also underrated too.

9/10

4

Home On The Range (2004)

This is one of the lowest rated Disney movies, and I never understood why. While I didn't LOVE the beginning, the rest of it is actually just stupidly funny and entertaining. I like the three cows and Alameda Slim is just great. He might be the first villain I actually admire more than the protagonists. His scenes are the better parts of the movie. I don't really get the hate, it has a coherent plot and somewhat enjoyable and entertaining characters which is why myself I have an interest with this movie.

9/10

3

Chicken Little (2005)

Yep. I'm am the only one that likes and has a honest opinion with this entire movie. While I was watching this movie, I have an unexpected theory that the critics and fans ranting on this movie only watched the first 20 minutes of the movie. I know I might be an idiot for saying that, but in my personal viewing I don't have anything to say about this movie that I didn't like from it besides a few burping and annoying characters here and there. Buck Cluck is a magnificent father. He truly cares about his son and sometimes feels pitiful when Chicken Little doesn't get the victory. I was watching the scene of him playing a baseball match and I was just utterly amused by it. Such a gratifying scene. Also saying that all the characters are bad or unlikeable is an understatement.

The story is absolutely genius too. What suffers the original Chicken Little is the sky is falling punchline. The way that this movie does it is so clever and original. Not every scene is mean-spirited, heck the only mean-spirited scenes I spotted were the beginning parts where Chicken Little gets his own movie advertised and that's it. Trust me I watched all 1 hour and 20 minutes of this film. I think this is one of the most underrated Disney films alongside Pocahontas.

9.5/10

2

The Emperor's New Groove (2000)

This is another movie I grew up with alongside Aladdin (1992) because it was just too funny. I liked this one when I first saw it, but now it's definitely way more funnier than first viewing. Every moment just works, and Kuzco and Pacha are just a wonderful and hilarious duo. This is one of the more shorter Disney Experimental films but that's what I like about this one. It isn't going for a deeper approach and is going for a more Looney Tunes styled setting. I would watch this movie repeatedly if I want to. It's really funny, and extremely appealing.

10/10

And finally, the best experimental disney movie is...

1 🏆

Treasure Planet (2002)

This is probably the most ambitious, most animated driven piece of film making you'll ever see. If you watch one of the more complex parts of this movie, you'll see what I mean. Every character in this movie is impeccable. I love Morph the best. He's like a tiny version of The Genie from Aladdin, he's one of the cutest characters ever, Jim Hawkins is also an incredible and strong protagonist and just like with Milo, has an amazing character design and facial expressions. This saddens me that this absolutely BOMBED at the box office because if it were a hit this would've gained recognition. This is absolutely perfect from every sense of the word. If you haven't watched this one yet, I would highly recommend you watching it. It's on Disney+ and that's probably the best quality you'll get from watching this movie.

10/10

Guess what? I have one more era left to get through and I'm completely done with all the current Disney movies. This era in particular was really fun, I could've imagined what people thought about movies like Treasure Planet with its animation and their overall thoughts on Chicken Little.

Next I'll be taking a look at Disney's Revival Era, it's one of the current eras. Man, can't wait for that sentence to get outdated.

I can't wait because the final 2D animated movie is coming at me and it's going to be so upsetting. I really miss 2D animation so much but I don't dislike the 3D animation either. It's really interesting at times. While I was watching Bolt, the credits were kinda campy and wouldn't really measure the final product. Not to say the credits were not appealing, it just would end up looking forgettable honestly.

And, that's all I have to say for now, here are the following links to previous Disney movie era rankings if you want to check em' out.

Golden Age (1937-1942)

War-Time Era (1942-1949)

Silver Age (1950-1967)

Bronze Age (1970-1988)

Renaissance (1989-1999)

Renassiance Disney Movies (1989-1999) RANKED!

I officially watched every Renaissance Disney movie. Holy cow, not only is this one of the most famous and kinda overhyped eras I ever witnessed in Disney but it was also hard to get through too. There is 10 movies in this entire selection and the characters all felt more human and grounded, also note there's more disney princess films than the other previous eras.

But this is only a matter of opinion, what did I have to say about all of these?

I'll rank em Worst To Best.

Let's get started.

10

Tarzan (1999)

This is one of the weaker Disney movies so far in my opinion. Not to say that it's bad, but it could've left more of an impression on me because most of what I said with the Silver Era, Tarzan feels a little too jumbled, and has alot of annoying characters, they don't feel special or feel structured to the plot whatsoever, the villain fight was also pretty tasteless and was expecting it to be more mature and longer. The animation is still nice and complex at times and shows you how this era, the entire movements feel like magic and looks almost impossible to animate right, and I do have to give it this it does have some likeable characters but this to me felt standard and noisy at times.

7/10

9

Hercules (1997)

Now here's a film that has more likeable characters and a decently handled plot. Hercules is something I never truly expect Disney to make into a movie since they mostly use their own versions of fairytales from books. This film also has some gorgeous character designs. They all look unique and stylish, Hercules himself is a likeable protagonist and the songs are mostly good too, but yeah, that's all I have to truly say that's anything positive about it. While I like the story and some of the characters especially in the design department, not all of them left me on a good impression, for one thing Hades is probably hands down the most irritating, most boring villains I seen so far in Disney's films. He's way too talkative and socially inclined for him being the god of the underworld. Seriously why did the crew make him like this? I preferred Pain and Panic over him. I also didn't really much care for Hercules and Meg as a couple, they were fine but not that big or impactful.
But I still find this to be a watchable, decent gem from the renaissance.

8/10

8

Beauty and The Beast (1991)

This is a film I truly loved at first, but now have a downgrade opinion on. Maybe what I enjoyed alot about it at first viewing was how beautiful and elegant the story was handled and the ending was just magnificent and outstanding in every sense of the word, and while I do stand corrected about most of this, I didn't love all of it. Belle is kinda bland but I do like her design and sense of realism. Beast is such a fantastic and menacing character as well, but I don't have any impression on the utensils, Lumiere and Cogsworth. While I do like the concept, they were part of the non-exceptional moments. Be Our Guest is also not really that good either and the amount of unnecessary things happening are what made this a little too overhyped. But I still like it and would highly recommend you to give this a watch, but after watching it again, yeah I was kinda too exaggerated.

8.5/10

7

The Lion King (1994)

Here it is, the legendary, most iconic, most critically acclaimed animated movies of all time. Only to be at #7 on the list. Yeah, I don't understand why people consider this to be Disney's magnum-opus. It's just your usual adventurous, well animated adventure film, but that being said I do like alot of moments in here. I just don't think all of it is worth my time. Some of this reminds of me of Bambi not to help having the same ending as that film. Also you can sense some controversy with this film and Kimba, but I'm not going into further notes talking about it. I have to give alot of points to the death of Mufasa, because it's really heartbroken and easily challenging to watch. It's also got some really memorable songs, including Can You Feel The Love Tonight which honestly is probably one of my favorites from that movie, I know it doesn't entirely fit the mood, but it's calm and likeable. I also love Scar's gentle but evil personality. I honestly thought he was going to be another Shere Khan, but he's more intimidating. But yeah you can tell when I watched Bambi, this felt similar to the story in this movie, so yeah this is obviously not perfect but I'm still one of those people that likes this film and gives it a fair praise.

9/10

6

The Hunchback Of Notre Dame (1996)

Here's another surprisingly dark Disney movie that not only mentions the word "hell" in it, but has some fantastic and unique backgrounds and characters. This film doesn't get too much recognition and that's kinda sad because I almost loved everything about this one. I thought the villain was threatening and amusing and I'm sorry, The Gargoyles were useful and funny characters. There might be moments that I consider too obnoxious or too loud but it's brief. This one's a classic.

9.5/10

5

Mulan (1998)

Probably the most ferocious, fun, and powerful movies I have seen so far. Seriously, this was awesome. If you want to experience a truly tough and exciting story then this is the movie for you. I was certainly awake throughout all of it. Each character has a strong sense of strength and power, and the entire buildup this holds is outstanding. Usually I'm not that fond of comic relief characters but Mushu was fun, the villain was really good and the humor elements work. Just comes to show you that women can have wealthy abilities as well as men do.

9.5/10

The Little Mermaid (1989)

It's been quite a long time since we gotten another Disney princess movie, last time it was Sleeping Beauty. This my friends is how to make a more interesting couple. While Snow White was an awesome protagonist, her prince Florian was just standard, and Aurora and Phillip was just there. Ariel and Eric are well meaning and really expressive characters, Ursula is also an amazing villain and the energy is on point. You can tell that this is where the renassiance truly began and the animation is just blooming in all aspects that makes the movie more appealing and amusing. This was excellent and really well-told. Definitely one of Disney's best.

Aladdin (1992)

The movie that brought you The Genie and a fantastic duo, Aladdin himself and Jasmine. This is a film I grew up with just because of The Genie. He's still one of my favorite characters concept-wise. He transforms into multiple celebrities and it always makes me laugh even in the movie King Of Thieves. Rest in peace Robin Williams. Anyways let's get onto my actual thoughts. It's just fantastic. All of these characters I truly love best. They are all easy to like and they feel timeless. The action scenes are also really good too and the songs are some of Disney's finest. This is like Looney Tunes mixed with the professional animation together to make this film a near masterpiece.

The Rescuers Down Under (1990)

The original Rescuers definitely felt like it needed a sequel because I absolutely adored the first one. Bernard and Bianca are one of my favorite duos in animation and just seeing them going on another adventure is already more enjoyable and timeless more than anything else. This time, they go on a desert and meet with new friends. Wilbur in particular is more interesting and funnier than Orville and Jack was also really interesting too. The villain is also way more manly and vicious than Medusa who just seemed like Cruella but more greedy. That being said, alot of fun moments happen in this movie and the animation is definitely an improvement over the original and seeing Bernard proposing to Bianca is also really fascinating. This fits my style of film perfectly, helping somebody, sharp action and hilarious and iconic characters. A genuine masterpiece.

And now, the best renaissance disney movie is...

Pocahontas (1995)

Yep.

This film is regarded as one of the most controversial Disney movies of all time. Let me explain, I know that this film's story element doesn't have a similar approach to the original story, but when it comes to Disney's version, my goodness, this goes hard. This by far has the most mature messages I ever seen in film. The relationship between Pocahontas and John Smith is in my personal opinion, the best couple I ever seen. A native meeting with a English explorer is more of an accomplishment to put into a film that was made in the 90s when everyone was not pleased with aspects of native americans being on film. The natives themselves are also inoffensive and strong characters. They aren't as stereotypical as in the 40s-50s. They are really reliable here. Pocahontas's singing voice is also just beautiful. Colors Of The Wind is probably my favorite Disney song of all time. It's deep, emotional but also really joyful to listen to. Now this all goes down to the more uncomfortable moments of the movie. Yes, the savages song is not really that easy to listen to but I can see why it was added. The reason is that the English settlers are so sensitive and hateful that they literally have no soul to care about them whatsoever, they think that the native settlers are their biggest enemy and try to stay away from them. But seeing a very sustainable relationship in both Pocahontas and John Smith and them actually getting along in the end, makes this such a powerful and meaningful movie, that it left me feeling chills. Now if this went downhill completely this would've easily lost it's grace but since both the english and natives have stopped their fighting once and for all, it seems rather slow but reasonable to let them feel and respect both one another. This is such a unforgettable final ending that cannot be taken too seriously. I also love how beautiful the backgrounds are and Meeko and Flit are funny. You may not agree with me at all with this one, but I truly think it's one of Disney's best movies they ever created. Whether you like it or not this will absolutely be a guilty pleasure and what the world is missing out there, peace, respect and faith for all humanity.

Now that this is over, what are my initial final thoughts on Disney's Renaissance?

This was very interesting. That being said one movie I didn't enjoy as much as the others but in terms of characters, story and of course animation, everything about this era was really good. I could understand why people make this era one of Disney's best but I'm not on the minority of saying it's my favorite.

Four 10/10s is certainly saying something though.

Next, I'm going to be experiencing Disney's Experimental Era. There's another name to this, Post-Renassiance but I like the experimental name more. It feels more accurate since what I'm seeing is a few 3D movies and a sequel to Fantasia so this is going to be interesting.

This week I'll begin to watch Fantasia 2000. Hopefully it'll be as great as the original but who knows? I can't wait.
