More Summer Drawings

Promise me I'll make an interesting post very soon, but for now, I'd like to post some more art.

This is one of my created cats, Cupid. He's sorta similar to Lucifer from Cinderella, you can tell by his sinister smile. I thought I'd make this cuz it's International Cat Day.

What I enjoy about Disney Live Action remakes is how they are either more story-oriented or just look hideously unpleasant I could barely see anything. I almost think every remake they done was unnecessary, but not Lady and The Tramp. I actually watched a bit of it and I kinda like it more than the 1955 version. There's more of a slower-pace and Lady actually has a personality and gets more screen-time.

I just love to study drawing realistically detailed proportions on animals even if it turns out to be inaccurate and poor to the original screencaps. I was actually impressed with some of the sketches I drew.

While I really didn't like the dog pound characters except for Peg, I'll admit they are really fun to draw and I love how they each one of them has different species. I was waiting to see what modern Disney would splash their creativity to create these characters more realistically and a bit soulless. It's actually fun. I also liked when Jock sounded more feminine in this version of the movie.

One of my favorite Disney characters are The Brer Gang, they were really fun to draw. I love their tricks and energetic personalities. I love Brer Rabbit's face when he gets tied up.

This is a great expression.

Here's something fun I made. The top selection is just Henry Jetsy drawings, but I had to write something funny for Dredd to say and this is him reading a pack of fan-mail. You'll get the joke if your a true Snow White fan.

I love drawing birds especially if I want to make them more tropical and avant-garde.

In the next few upcoming posts I want to talk about Sam and Ralph again because they have the best backgrounds and moments in all of Looney Tunes.

This is the last picture for today. This is something I wanted to fully invent like I did with the Artmania Visual Guide last February. This is called Pajama Party, every Friday. Do any Sprout fans remember The Goodnight Show and how calm and gentle it was? This is similar but with one key difference, more enjoyable entertainment. I usually didn't stay up watching the shows that would come on late night. Usually they played Berenstain Bears, 64 Zoo Lane, and I guess Pajanimals, but I was heavily relying more on my sleeping habits so it wasn't always the case to be watching those shows.

Friday Out On The Farm

Today was an interesting day, I went out and went to a farm, shopping and got pumpkins. I was drawing concepts of an actual mascot to the ...
