New Stuff

Went out today to buy some cool stuff including DVDs and toys.

Managed to get a DVD of a movie I really want to watch, probably tonight, Easter Parade. I've been loving Fred Astaire, and Judy Garland! I also appreciate the humor in Cartoon Network's MAD. It's an underrated show that should just only be taken for laughs.

Jiminy Cricket is probably the most relatable character ever. He's really honest and reliable but also has a fiesty attitude at times. He literally tells Pinocchio the truth but Pinocchio himself is just too unlikeable in that movie. I find him hilarious and the more iconic and most moral characters in history.

I love collecting little animals in human clothing, it's very handsome and elegant. So I bought a bear with a cute straw hat and unique pose. It was a good price. Only a dollar, makes for a good item in my collection.

Most people find porcelain dolls to be creepy and unnerving. I think they're one of the best, most cutest and fashionable things I ever seen in my life.

I love the simple yet gorgeous faces given on each of the characters. They don't give a ton of personality but who cares? Red Riding Hood is really adorable. They even close their eyes and open them when you touch them. It's so silly yet amazing detail.

I also think baby dolls are cute too. Not all of them hold up, but these are almost all appealing and appreciated as a gift or something you can buy yourself. The tiger outfit kinda reminds me of Tigger for some reason.

They're simply beautiful and nothing like any other toy. Other types of toys including action figures may had more effort into making them but I feel like these don't get enough credit because I doubt they appeal to everybody.

They remind me of how life should be. Being quiet, observant, and healthy while also having a neat sense of style.

Have an incredible Andrews Sisters poster. I've been a fan of their music for almost a year now and it's good to see some respect for classic musicians even with merchandising being a big cultural impact amongst fans.

So with all the DVDs I bought today, I have with my collection. Don't know what'll happen if I run out of room but it's looking fantastic.

I can tell you one thing. I don't like Casper looking at me, that's for sure.

Tomorrow I'll be on another collecting spree!
