The Artmania Visual Guide

Artmania is explained in a simple manner. It's all about art.

If you want to know how this is going to work, it's gonna take alot of paying homage and inspiration.

All I ever think about is cartoon characters, dancing, and ways to make people entertained.

And that's what I'm doing with Artmania.

If you didn't know, there is a bunch of fakes, lies and foolish content made today by unthinkable mutts.

Fake images, lies, unstructure, and just for the sake of making popularity.

But honestly let's not go into the dark side of media, let's talk about my original, creative side instead.

If you want to know what my animation should do, it's have real, and observant characters, simple appropriate comedy that appeals to both kids and adults, music, and Avery styled gags. That's how to make an entertaining and appealing cartoon.

This is Szac, the fairest of them all. He's serious but calm, and plans to have a casual life with his friend, Dredd The Moose.

Alongside, Phillips Bear, all 3 of them host The Artmania Show, a half-hour program featuring classic music hits, and would usually play a short film to stretch its 30 minute runtime, sorta like House of Mouse.

Insurance company commercials avoid at all cost while The Artmania Show becomes a thing.

What would be a miracle is that I should make my own commercials on characters holding product placements like back in the 50s-60s.

DUTCHER AND BEN OBVIOUS

THE MOST REALISTIC CHARACTERS EVER MADE

Dutcher and Ben Obvious are my magnum-opuses for creating something special. Dutcher is like no other man you ever seen. He's the down-to-earth complainer who knows that adults are not always awake on the inside. Ben Obvious on the other hand is extremely good at listening and being honest. He's rarely sensitive and always take good work to the limit.

They both have a show where they talk like a sitcom followed by host Cran Melon. Who looks like he's based off a real famous guy but isn't.

SIMPLE ANIMAL CARTOONS

When making a cartoon that you don't want to gain highest effort on, the simplest way is to make a generic animal cartoon.

I made a few short films already.

I have a short film that focuses on romance, dancing, and a bad guy trying to take the girl.

I'm not a fan of Popeye and some of the early Warner Bros. shorts because they focus on the same concept. Bad Guy gets the girl and hero stops him and happy ending. With this cartoon titled, "A Cat's Thing". It stars the light blue Alley cat, Whiskey, who finds love to a young feline, Chloe. However the bad bully of the group, Tronic spoils the party, but Whiskey is strong to face his bravery and save his gal.

Promise me, you won't be seeing this all the time so this cartoon will be somewhat decently handled.

The Hungry Bird

If you know alot about classic cartoons, you may know about the cat and canary shorts. I seen all of Sylvester and Tweety, and while those shorts are fine and are iconic to this day, there hasn't been a complete swap to it.

What if the bird actually has plans to eat the cat?

When I thought of this idea, I felt like an absolute genius that not everybody knew about except well people who have experienced my blog.

It starts off with the bird intensely looking at the cat so badly he says "MAN I WANNA EAT THAT CAT SO BAD!"

If you wanna know what lead inspiration behind this planned short subject, it's got a similar subtext to Birds Anonymous.

It's one of my favorite Looney Tunes Shorts storywise. I think this because Sylvester wants to eat Tweety so bad instead of the same boring crap of him trying different methods and always losing. It's amazing, check the short out.

Also the gag involving the bird hanging a fish on the net is inspired by Bugs Bunny tricking Elmer in Wabbit Twouble.

CARTOON FABLES

It's no secret that I love good ol' fairytales and nurseries mostly because of how simple and straightforward they feel. Chapter books can be intense. All you need is a Little Golden Book or Bright and Early Book and get a good kick out of the story-telling. I like a good bit of Aesop even though my characters seem to hate it.

Goldilocks didn't really have much of a personality so I made her more sassy.

How The Hare Dood It!

My favorite Aesop is easily The Tortoise and The Hare. It tells about the good moral of slow and steady wins the race. It's been done with so many cartoons like Disney, and Warner Bros.

So I should do one. The title is supposed to be a spoof of The Early Bird Dood It (1942).

These are short films. They are not TV show episodes. So they should have a poster everytime.

Classic entertainment had the best posters. They knew their audience. I'm willing to make posters like this myself.

ONE-SHOTS AND MOVIE CHARACTERS

Classic animation studios always had one-shot cartoons, some good, some bad, but sometimes I would love somebody new. So I created characters that'll only deserve one film.

THE GALAS

The Galas are the best modern animated comedy team you'll ever see. Introducing Flakey, Toby and Claudio. They are italian americans who perform various pop culture acts and get into intense situations.

TINSELS AND TOWNSY

Take a cartoon that I always had a guilty pleasure for. Cat Tails For Two had two cats, one who is dumb, and one who's practical and then you get the little guy who ruins everything.

This Speedy design I like more than the design with the yellow sombrero. I also like his voice more. It's not grating and irritating.

Tinsels, the one with wide ears, and Townsy, the one who loves socks. Both of them try to capture a tiny rough kid named Bren McGee. He outwits both of them and wins.

MORE ONE-SHOT CHARACTERS

Muriel The Burro

Leon Lionheart

Astro-Cat

TV, AND SPECIALS

I'll be speechless if somebody tells me I'm the next Disney, because if that becomes a thing to say, I'll prove I'll make my own channel.

I kinda missed out on TV back in the 80s to 90s. Would they air classic movies all time? Man, they were cool. But now that we have streaming, we can find some online right? Well, you oughta pay money, because there isn't alot of classic movies for free, I have DVDs so maybe that's a good option.

I really want people to appreciate what I love.

Introducing Classic Saturdays!

Every Saturday starting at 8am-11pm you'll experience so many of the best entertainment you'll ever see.

8am - Start Your Morning With-

A bit of Glenn Miller music for the first 30 minutes

-In The Mood

- Chattanooga Choo Choo

- I've Got A Gal In Kalamazoo

- Pennsylvania 6-5000

The stuff you'll see on screen is the original music videos of Glenn Miller himself with his orchestra.

8:30am - Early Cartoon Time

Saturday Morning Cartoons needs to come back immediately.

You know what's a cartoon series that has introductions that start in the morning?

The Sam and Ralph cartoons

Sorry kids and especially adults, Coyote and Roadrunner will not be on our schedule.

Steal Wool (1957)
Don't Give Up The Sheep (1953)
A Sheep In The Deep (1962)
Woolen Under Where (1963)
Sheep Ahoy (1954)
Double Or Mutton (1955)
Ready, Woolen, And Able (1960) (my favorite)

This will be really fun, i don't think everyone has fully experienced these two. Coyote and Roadrunner, fine. Watch them, but these rarely get the love they deserve.

9:00am-1pm - Musical Time!

Your probably spending your time doing your own hobbies and activities, if you really want something distracting and cool on screen however, you'll get one or two movies that surround the music and dance of all cinema.

Here's a list of some musicals during those hours

Wizard Of Oz (1939)
Singin' In The Rain (1952)
Easter Parade (1948)
On The Town (1949)
An American In Paris (1951)
Summer Stock (1950)
High Society (1956)
Mary Poppins (1964)
Top Hat (1935)

1pm-5pm - Afternoon Comedy

The Artmania Channel will stop airing musicals for today and will move on to the more funny stuff. Don't worry, there still a chance you'll get a movie.

The Three Stooges
Abbott And Costello
Laurel and Hardy
The Marx Brothers
Bob Hope and Bing Crosby's Road To Films

After a short or movie is over, what's next is that Mr. Mouth has a question to ask you. He has a meter of the amount of laughs you had  watching the film, you can do this by going on the computer, then press the number you choose.

1 - Didn't laugh at all! Wasn't funny!

2 - Laughed, but a chuckle, pal!

3 - Had a few chuckles, but it was kinda stupid too.

4 - Had probably about 10 chuckles, it wasn't much. I didn't enjoy it.

5 - Had a few laughs, but also a few sighs.

6 - Funny? Eh. Could Be!

7 - I had a grand total of laughs! But I didn't laugh my way all throughout it.

8 - It's stupendous, it's fantastic, it's well, it's funny alright.

9 - Laughed almost all throughout it! Man what true comedians!

10 - I almost spit my drink, it was that hilarious!

However, votes close after another short or movie starts in our comedy afternoon program.

6pm-8pm - The Artmania Show

Lights, camera, action, jazzy music begin!

Artmania's original show, The Artmania Show airs new episodes every Saturday by this time.

If you want to know how this show works. I have a post you can check out.

9:30pm-11pm - Late Night Fun

For the last one hour and half of your day, people rarely stay up at the night, but if your one of those people who are night owls, we got a special place for you.

One time, you'll be invested by the wonderful world of Winsor McCay. Cartoons like Little Nemo, Gertie The Dinosaur and The Sinking Of The Lusitania will all leave you speechless.

Another one of my favorite silent series, Out Of The Inkwell, features my favorite Fleischer characters, Koko The Clown in various unique conceptual cartoons made back in the 20s with added live action segments.

A Deep Dive Into Classic Animators from The Golden Age ✨️

This includes scenes that were animated by

Rod Scribner
Manny Gould
Ward Kimball
John Sibley
Preston Blair
Irv Spence
Art Babbitt
Les Clark
Milt Kahl

It's all time to go to sleep and say goodnight. I remember watching The Goodnight Show on Sprout and it was very wholesome, I wanted to do something like that.

So I made a character that was inspired by the crescent moon in Willie Whopper's Stratos-Fear.

What he would do is say "Have you been keeping yourself active watching the channel all day? or some other outlandish speech.

TV SPECIALS

ARTMANIA PRESENTS - THE WORLD OF PAINTINGS

A 50 minute look at one of the most famous paintings ever made by true artists, it shows over 200 masterpieces explained by a relaxed narrator.

ARTMANIA - SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS

TV specials started airing christmas specials around the 60s till now. Every character have to had a Christmas special, Bugs Bunny, Yogi Bear, Mickey Mouse.

Surely one of my creations could take the spirited spotlight a chance.

This special introduces a tree named Truffles. He was chosen but was faceless. He truly shows his reveal once he is chosen to someone in the household.

Dredd sings some of the most important songs of the christmas season, Silent Night and White Christmas.

Various other songs will be featured in the special like 12 Days Of Christmas. This picture resembles the 9 ladies dancing.

Vinn Kringle's Merryside Melody. A take on big band music.

A 1 minute short segment involving two creatures discovering a mistletoe.

To fans who watched the special, there will be a special know-it-all quiz that everyone takes and if they get 10/10, they'll get a rare Dredd The Moose with a blue winter beanie toy for free.

Hopefully you liked what I listed. This is the longest post I made so far on my blog, and if you made it this far, that's awesome.

Like I was saying Artmania is going to be a hard task for all this stuff being combined.
